Job Description

Responsibility:
· Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
· Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe.

· Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English
· Ability to interpret & handle complex numerical data
· High energy levels
· Excellent negotiating & interpersonal skills
· Strong Customer Service orientation
· Good keyboard skills
· Flexibility to work in shifts
· Men and women in the age group of 18-50 years, with the required skills & qualifications are welcome to attend selection process.
Academic Qualifications: Graduation/12th pass certificate.
Years of Experience :  0 - 4 yrs working experience desired
Type of Experience :  BPO exp will be added advantage
Type of Opening: Full Time
