�Increase in All-India VAS sales through Airtel Retail channel, ARCs and Modern Trade Partners
�Increase in penetration of VAS transacting outlets
�Increase in VAS penetration amongst Airtel�s newly acquired customers (Gross Ads)
New products/ New Projects�Launching new VAS products in retail channel
�Leading new projects like VAS Kiosk, Content retailing with external business partners and internal cross-functional teams.
�Enhancing customer experience of Value Added Services at all touch points
�Ensuring continuous performance improvements on the platform by simplifying the customer's interaction and thus provide maximum value to the customers
Internal Customer
�Overall responsibility of the channel management
�Assistance in Training of channel partners sales team
�Designing attractive incentive schemes, rollouts, and recognition programs for retail channel
�Ensure that cross functional business requirements are also mapped and achieved so as to keep the organisation covered from the following perspectives - legal, regulatory, IT etc.
MIS, Business Analysis & Performance Monitoring
�Custodian for KPIs of the platform
�Study the platform's performance across circles and provide insights, recommendations to management to steer the business effectively
�Follow PCN processes for product launches
.Relationship and alignment with VAS team in circles
�Developing relationships with VAS partners and ensure their work quality and timely work delivery.
Desired Candidate ProfileKey responsibilities include increase in VAS products sales through Airtel retail channel and VAS penetration amongst Airtel�s new customers. This person will be the only point of contact for sales & distribution team and will strategise for increasing VAS sales through retail channel. Sustaining and exploring new avenues for growth through marketing initiatives like trade and consumer promotions, point of sale merchandizing and new product launches.
