Areas of Work –Desirables are:- • Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts • Knowledge of bank reconciliations, inter-company and general ledger accounting would be preferred. Skill-Sets Required • Good communication skills ( written and oral ) • Good comprehension ability. Should be able to understand the process details and effectively utilize the training opportunity by working closely with the trainer. • Customer oriented mindset and strong work ethics. • Good analytical skills. • High level of energy and enthusiasm. • Positive approach. • Team Player. • Ability to utilize process expertise to increase process efficiency through improvement projects • Ability to identify, analyze and resolve repetitive process issues.

Skillsets:   Must have extensive exposure in below mentioned areas. Extensive exposure in GL accounting is a must. Exposure in other areas would be considered as an added advantage. · GL Accounting including reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and Inter Co Recons · Fixed Assets Accounting · Accounting for Payroll and Taxes · Treasury Accounting Flexibility for night shifts

Education :    CA or CWAI also Inter/ B.Com/ M.Com
