Job Description

Requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, extensive testing, deployment, support.
* Compliance Report Development:
The requirements are given by Equity Surveillance Department. They are exception reports which are used to keep a check on trading activities in equities.
* Volume Report Development:
The requirements are given by various Order Management System Groups. These are System specific summary reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skill Set: KDB, KDB+ or any other vector database
And Others: Strong oo designing skills, fundamental algorithms and data structures.
Detail:
Q/KDB+ programming, Algorithmic trading
Design, development and testing of KDB+ applications required by algorithmic and program trading applications.
Performance enhancements of existing scripts
Monitoring of market data by writing tools in Q.
Responsible for leading the offshore team through scoping, planning and execution of development efforts.
Day to day management and mentorship of offshore team.
Main point of contact and liaison to onshore team members. Accountable for timely and quality delivery.
