Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Through outbound calls reach out to customers who warranties have expired.
2. Identify the needs of the customer using the Dell machine and sell additional extended warranties, or depending on the need of the customer introduce new peripherals and if required even sell a new machine.
3. Complete the financial transaction if the customer decides to procure some of the options given by the agent.
4. Ensure that customer privacy is completely met when dealing with customer’s credit card and other financial instruments.
5. Adequately log all opportunities possible in the future if the customer decides to utilize the opportunity on a future date.
6. Be familiar with all deals that Dell will be offering from time to time to customers so that the right sales opportunity is capitalized.
7. Offer the right amount of discount which is within the sales policy of Dell.

Profile Requirements
1. Good communication skills
2. Aptitude towards computers and aptitude for selling.
3. Keenness to learn computer and troubleshooting opportunities
4. 6 months of previous sales/ up selling / collections experience is required

Desired Candidate Profile

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF OUTBOUND SALES or COLLECTIONS or UPSELLING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

Bachelor Degree,

Undergraduate candidates need to have one year of international call center experience

Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year international call center experience);

Engineering Graduates need to have 3 months of international call center experience
