Job DescriptionTECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR DELL - VOICE SUPPORT (CALL CENTER)
Ideal Candidate will be supporting Global customers of Dell in Tech issues. Tech Support will be primarily on Windows Operating System and Hardware issues in Desktops and Laptops.
Candidates applying for this job should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must.
2. Good knowledge in computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.
3. Candidates with Hardware Certification, MCSE, A+ Certification will find this job as the right job to progress in their career.
Educational Qualification:
1. PUC*/Diploma/Degree.
* Candidates with only PUC or 12th need to have a minimum of 1yr of experience with an International Call Center or 2yrs of work experience in another domain.
Candidates applying for Dell need to show us the original marks card of the education qualification as proof(attested copies will not be accepted).
B.E with less than 60% can apply. Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply.
