Executive - Candidate Service


Job Description   

 Responsible for Outbound and Inbound calls to support client needs.
 Would be responsible for taking feedback, relationship building, solving clients query, cross selling, , mapping all recruiters for Key accounts, Servicing Key accounts.
 To indentify and acquire job opportunities of existing clients those are not advertised on Naukri.com.
 To provide customer support & resolves issues relating to product usage. Calls for in-depth understanding of our products and services.
 Job would involve co-ordination with clients, operations, Account Managers (Sales).
 Awareness of Good Customer Service.

Desired Profile    

 Graduate with Good oral and written Communication skills.
 Good computer skills(internet and Ms Office , knowledge of excel is must)
 Should have good Typing speed.
