Job Description
The CS Associate acts as both a representative of Hewitt and the client during all customer interactions. During each interaction, he or she uses active listening, reading comprehension, probing, play-back, and style-matching skills to evaluate the customer's needs as each situation dictates.The customer service associate spends 90% of their time handling incoming and follow up calls.
