Technical Support/L1 - US Voice Process with SIEMENS BPOJob DescriptionQualification : Any Graduate but preferably a BE/BTech, BSc Comp Sc, BCA.
Experience : A Minimum of 2-3yrs of relevant experience in Tech Support is mandatory.
Skills Required : Min 2yrs experience in troubleshooting issues related to Software/ERP is a must.
Good technical knowledge & understanding of the process
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts, as this is a US Process (Night shifts only).
Should be a customer oriented person.
