Description: Responsibilities / KRA’s
Repairs, Maintenance & Stores Management – Before start up of the project
• Requisition of required equipments / consumables
• In-depth checking of the equipment and maintenance test records
• Organize Training of the involved technicians
• Ensure making of inventory of equipments / consumables and communicate to all concerned
• Issue of equipments to contractor for field deployment
Repairs, Maintenance & Stores Management – During the project
• Daily interaction with recording crew regarding return of bad equipments and issue of replacements
• Organize Repairing of damaged equipments , wherever possible and testing the same
• Ensure Return of non-repairable equipments at field level to the manufacturers for needful.
• Assess the inventory of equipments – partial / complete call back
• Plan activities for Observation of maintenance days (as and when required) for complete testing / repairing of equipments.
• Communication of equipment status to all concerned
Repairs, Maintenance & Stores Management – After the completion of the project
• Supervise receipt of all equipments from contractors and verify inventory / losses
• Notify losses , if any , to HO , Contractors and all concerned
• Ensure In-depth checking of the equipment, maintain records and convey the status to all concerned
• Making of inventory of equipments / consumables and communicate to all concerned
Authorities
• Requisition of spares, consumable and equipment based on inventory position
• Decide on repair at field to be sent to be manufacturer
Skillsets: Skills –
Proficiency in MS Office, Excellent Oral & Written Communication skill in English & Hindi, shall be willing to travel frequently, Good Team Management Skills.
