Roles and Responsibilities: MSS - L1,NONE,ITIL Documentation - L1
Skill & Job Requirements: MSS - L1 - Should have basic understanding of firewall, IDS, Basic knowledge on Security Operations Fundamentals Should have basic understanding of network protocols First level Security operation support for security opeation center Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards Basic knowledge about regulatory standards (SOX, HIPPA, ISO 17799 First level Troubleshooting the incidents & problems Validating change requests Validating technical issue resolutions Follow-up of security issue resolution Coordinate with customer internal teams Service and operational reporting Generating regular reports 24/7 Operation Support Excellent communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: BE / BTech
Experience :  1-3 YEARS
Skills: Desktop Support - Works independently towards providing support for escalated troubleshooting requirements (L2 support). Expert on knowledge tools, client management tools and remote control software to help resolve at least 80% of calls routed to him/her , without having to dispatch to service partners or desk side support technician. In-depth knowledge of technical skills in hardware, MS Operating Systems, Network, Remote Connectivity and process knowledge to ensure quality in desktop support business.
