Job Description

Production support environment.
Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/ Emails / Voice Mails.
To maintain a high degree of B2B customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
To log all calls on the call logging system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should to be Open to work in 24X7 Environment.
Positive attitude and thirst to learn new technologies everyday
Team Player, high in confidence
Excellent Communication Skills
Should have client centric attitude and an eye for quality.
