Officer-Sales Branded Retail (Yamunanagar) TTSL Haryana Job Description • Achieve sales, Walkin and productivity targets.
• Define and ensure standards for Showroom cleanliness, upkeep and VM.
• Plan and execute market based activities to increase Walkin sales and improve customer awareness/ disposition
Implement company processes
• Customer Experience Management.
• MIS reports on Walkin, sales, conversions, resolution and CC metrics.
• To monitor and counter competition
• Team management.
• Engage the franchisee with various business inputs to grow the business and increase the profits
• Stock Management.
• Overall Responsible for the Store.
