Business Development ManagerExperience : 1-2
Description: o Create strategic marketing plan for creating new opportunities for expanding the business across media, online sponsorship, e-mail marketing, viral video, etc.He/She would be responsible for marketing.
o Coordinate and manage execution of online and grassroots marketing campaigns across online sites
o Identify, contact, close and manage company league and organizational partners.
o Attending meetings with clients and manage relationship with them.
o Understanding clients requirement and proposing them for suitable solution
o Negotiating and finalizing deals, coordinating with project manager.
o Work with Design team to create online collateral and manage delivery of collateral to partner sites.
o Must be comfortable in client interface.
o Introduce new & innovative programmes & other strategies to secure business.
o Manage all marketing relationships and assist in media planning.
o Handle all promotional measures and marketing message for business expansion.
o Responsible for Client Retention.
o Maintain Relationship with new and existing clients.
o To build a Sales pipe line. To meet targets.
o They should be able to demonstrate the ability to carry revenue objectives and should able to deliver under pressure.
Skillsets: o Should have past experience in IT Service/ Firm Experience in marketing of IT services, Internet product development, web design and development services and E-learning projects.
o Ability to plan ahead and meet appropriate deadlines
o Having ability for proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
o Must be able to manage all functions of sales & marketing.
o Should be able to work in adverse situations.
o A self motivated individual with passion for sales & pleasing personality.
o Excellent communication & presentation skills.
