The post holder will be responsible for the reception and front office administration. The person will be under the direction of the Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service for both reception and the front office.

- Good communication skills.
- Prospective Candidate would be the front face to the clients and visitors who come to the office; therefore it is essential that they are extremely well presented.
- Must have a strong presence, together with a welcoming and caring nature.
- Must possess the ability to remain calm and pleasant under pressure.
- Additionally they must have basic keyboard skills, the ability to work without direct supervision and good communication skills.
- Good at multitasking and should be flexible to accommodate other roles and responsibilities as a part of the front office.
- Good at handling Switchboard.

Experience : 4-6 YEARS
Skills:
- Front office management - Telephone handling & Fax distribution system
- Post & Courier: Incoming and out going post: tracking and recording
- Visa letter / reference letter and other letter primary contact
- Stationeries Purchase, distribution, recording and tracking
- Vendor primary contact for repair and maintenance (house keeping, vending machine, stationary, electrical for day to day support)
- Employee interface for Admin activities .Telephone/mobile numbers updating and other front desk operations
- Reimbursement collection, recording, segregation both out going and incoming and dispatch of post /courier appropriately
- Visitor and client handling and directing them accordingly
- Conference room booking and allocation and ensuring all facilities are intact in conference room
- Hospitality - meeting lunch arrangements, etc
- Security Access Issuing of New cards, validity extensions, tracking etc.
