Partner Solution Center Admin Job Description " The PSC Admin is to assist the Center Manager to manage the daily administrative tasks for the center.
. Handling incoming phone calls & general enquires at the reception counter
· Update and prepare meeting room booking schedule
· Coordinate and arrange domestic and international courier services
· Monitor the general security of office area and office security system
· Stock control for all office supplies
· Set up a good preventive maintenance plan, monitor facilities equipment and report faulty machinery for maintenance (copiers, fax machines, shredders, printers)
· Process purchasing requisition and payment request for all facilities/admin related services;
· Filing and verifying the invoices for all facilities/admin related services and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors
· Logistic arrangement for new staff and resigned staff (administration checklists)
· Maintain and review existing supplier's quality and service
· Provide regular standard reports as requested by the Facilities Manager
· Handle administrative related duties when being assigned by centre manager
-Providing support in smooth conduct of events, workshops, trainings and marketing activities"
Desired Profile Must be a Graduate
