Associate Manager / Manager - Product Development Job Description 1. Improve corrosion resistance by putting proper % of alloying elements in stainless steel
2. To do various projects related to the drawability of both ferritic and austenitic stainless steels
3. SEM analysis of various grades of stainless steels to find out the root cause behind the various defects
4. Determination of cyclic oxidation behavior of both ferritic and austenitic stainless steels.
5. To do wear studies (both sliding wear and fretting wear) of various grades of stainless steels.
6. Surface defect detection by Parsy-Tech Online Surface Defect Detection System.
7. Reduction of Defects and Customer Complain through 8-GATE Methodology.
Desired Profile Candidate should be BE/B.Tech(Metallurgy) with relevant experience.
Desirable: ME/M.Tech/PHD(Process/Physical Metallurgy)
