Job Description

Achieve targeted business results in the Worksite business through effective implementation of worksites’ at Corporate’s across the assigned area. Raise performance standards, work towards follow-up and closure of leads received from worksite activities & be a resource to the Company.

1. Implement our Needs based Selling approach Ensure compliance of all IRDA & Company regulations

2. Achieve agreed worksite marketing targets & facilitate HDFCSL Products; Monitor and evaluate achievement of targets against expectations.

3. Undertake the required development to support achievement of objectives.

4. Interact regularly with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. Review their financial arrangements at least once a year Ensure sole focus is to the HDFCSL business. Minimise lapses.
