Enterprise Technology Application Support Division (ETAS) and Customer Technology Application Support Division (CTAS). It provides technology support services to global clients, round the clock.
You must have the efficiency to interface with international customers,provide remote Technical support on implementation of technology using various networking products & applications and resolve product related issues through research and troubleshooting.

Good working knowledge in UNIX or Linux shell environment
Good Knowledge in System Administration
Good knowledge on UNIX shell scripting, Perl, Python
Knowledge on SQL Server/Oracle.
Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Technical Support team is looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving, collaboration, and working with a wide variety of cutting edge technologies. 2+ years hands-on systems experience working in a UNIX or Linux shell environment. Experience with UNIX shell scripting, Perl, Python, Python a plus. Strong problem solving skills a must; Interest in diagnosing and troubleshooting networking, operating system and software issues.
