Job Description
Please walkin to our office on the 25th of June at 11 am with a copy of your resume. Candidates with 1- 2 years of experience into IT recruitment are preferred.
Responsibilities: •Sourcing candidates through most cost effective sources •Prescreening candidates and assist recruiters in the entire recruiting process. •Maintain database of candidates appearing for the recruiting process •Assist in coordinating new joinee induction. • Update reports periodically KRAs: • Source through most cost effective options - portals, headhunting, etc. • Adhere to deadlines and ensure candidates are hired within the SLAs. Required/Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: • Graduate in any discipline. MBA - HR preferred • Prior experience of 1-2 years in IT recruiting • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
