Job Description:
• 3 years of formal software testing experience in planning, writing, and executing functional and system tests of distributed systems within a structured software development process
• PeopleSoft HCM modules - PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal
• Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.x process flow for HCM
• Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.x data structures
• Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation
• Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work with the client to evaluate the various test processes and verify the solutions
• Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information
• Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP very helpful
Skill Requirement
* Over all 4-6 years of experience including 2 years of hands on PeopleSoft experience
* Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR processes, configuration, tables, data etc
* Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements
* Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Experience in Business Analysis HR, Employee and Manager Self Service etc
