Team Member - F&A (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger & FP n A)

Education :  B.com, BBA, M.Com, MBA CA inter, ICWA inter or any commerce/finance related background
Experience in Accounts payables or Accounts receivables or General Ledger or FPnA process will be preferred.

Team Member – Payroll

Education :  Any graduate except BE/B Tech/MCA
Experience in handling Payroll function is a must. US Payroll experience is an added advantage.

Team Member – HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing)

Education – Any graduate except BE/B Tech/MCA
Experience in supporting employees in solving queries regarding HR Benefits, Policy administration etc.

Voice Professionals:

Team Member
Prior experience in Customer Care, Call centre’s – Inbound & Outbound
Education :  Any graduate except BE/B Tech/MCA
Should possess excellent communication skills
Should have Good experience in Voice Process

AR Collections – Voice

Should have good experience in B2B or B2C Collections, with Commerce background
Should possess excellent communication skills

Team Member – Market Research
Education :  Any graduate except BE/B Tech/MCA
Candidates with experience in any industry can apply.
Immediate Joiner’s

Criteria for applying to TCS

Min’ 15yrs of regular/full time education (or) XII completed + 3 years of full time diploma . Those who have completed graduation through correspondence courses will not be eligible.

(BE/ Btech/ MCA) are not eligible for the above mentioned post.

08 months to 5yrs of relevant work experience.
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in Night shifts.
