Description: • Have a thorough understanding of the software products and services
• Would be responsible for making business proposals / follow ups of Pre and post sales
• Making calls to clients/companies for generating Sales leads, cold-calling, marketing of Company services.
• Responsible for Lead Generation: Introducing (Presentation) software products / services of the company to the Corporate Clients both new and existing clients
• Attending meeting with clients, coordinating with Project Manager
• Involve in research & analysis, investigate potential opportunities for new business
• Help the business development team with the market trends & technology information.
• Ability to manage multiple Client Relationships and Engagements, ensuring client satisfaction
• Research website analysis
• Preparation of proposals, Handling all documentation work, writing business emails
• Good knowledge of analyzing competitors, knowledge of preparing the presentation.
• Able to work in Target Oriented profile
• Assisting in the delivery and evaluation of software enhancements and upgrades.
• Also responsible for In-house projects in company.
• Staying ahead of Competitors by constantly analyzing their Products and Solutions and enhancing our Products and Services appropriately
• Formulating a project plan and strategy for the growth of Services business by working closely with Marketing and development Team
• Provide accurate and timely management information like;
o Target focused action plan
o Activity reports
o Revenue generation reports
o Forecasts
Skillsets:
• Past experience in research/Marketing, research website analysis
• Good knowledge of analyzing competitors and preparing the presentation.
• Good knowledge of writing white papers would be an added advantage.
• Exp in IT - business sales, telemarketing, business development
• Willingness to learn and excel in telemarketing, business sales.
• Internet search skills, Internet Savvy.
• Pleasant personality.
• Excellent Communication skills
