Job Description

Rewards and recognition initiatives roll out on periodic basis
Performance Management- Appraisals release, follow up / tracking till closure of discussion.
Actively participate in Employee Engagemen
t activties.
Employee interaction/issues resolution/ site visits.
-Knowledge of S.A.P operation (optional)
-Thorugh knowledge of working in xl. Exposure to other MS Office packages will be good to have
-Good communication skills and good inter-personal skills
-Ab
ility to stretch and handle stress
-Ideal profile would be an MBA from a Tier 2 B-School with 6 months to 1 yr 6 months of expn
