Job Description
We are conducting Walkin for Voice process from Tuesday to Friday - June 30th to July 3rd between 11-00AM to 5-00PM at the below given venue.

Interview process: 1st round is aptitude test and only when you clear the test youll be considered for HR discussion and final discussion.
Position: Associate
Education : BSc/BCom/BBM/BBA ( NO BCA BE MBA MCA)
Experience : 0-1 yr experience in BPO with excellent communication skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities:
Provide back-office support for client attorneys in preparation of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Eviction.
Specifically:
>Data entry of customer information packages onto automated Default Management System.
>Preparation of a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act notice letter and demand letters to the borrower, delivering such notices and demand letters to Counsel for legal review, approval and execution on Counsel letterhead by an attorney at the Counsel’s office and, following such review, approval and execution and subsequent return of same to default management outsourcing, ensuring the mailing of the executed notices and demand letters;
>Obtain loan documents and title, forward to Counsel for review, following such review and approval return of same to default management outsourcing.
>Obtaining all information required to complete the data entry into the Default Management System from the servicer or other third party sources;
>Preparation of an advertisement package showing Counsel as foreclosing attorney for review and approval by Counsel and, following such review and approval, distribution to appropriate parties;
>Under a process reviewed and approved by Counsel, crying the foreclosure sale, as required, and providing sales results to attorneys at the Counsel’s office supervising the sale process;
>Preparation of all attendant documents to the foreclosure process using default management outsourcing’s case management or Automated Default Management System;
>Following the review and approval of all attendant documents to the FC Process by an attorney at the counsel’s office, transmitting the documents to Lender representative for execution by them, receiving the executed documents from the lender representative and presenting the executed documents to the clerk of the appropriate court (as directed by an attorney at counsel’s office) for recording;
>Interact / update lender representative on the status of the borrower foreclosure or bankruptcy.
