Relationship Officer ( similar to Bancassurance ) Job Description 1. Sales Call Planning – Servicing the leads as provided by company, analyzing sales opportunities, identifying, prospecting ·
2. Making sales calls - identification of customer needs, conducting financial health check, facilitating insurance selling.·
3. Building, maintaining customer relationships - For ongoing business & reference generation.·
4. Timely reminder to customer for paying there premium and continuing with there policies.·
5. Sales MIS data recording and reporting as per defined schedule.·
6. Provide feedback about the market scenario & competitor's product.

Excellent influencing and selling skills·
Skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, listening, problem solving and decision-making.·
Thorough knowledge of local market·
Aptitude for financial numbers Should be working with a bank or a financial services company
Experience :
Graduate having 0-4 yrs of Sales experience in financial services, or a Post Graduate in Management having at least 6 months of similar experience
