Job Description

1) The Engineer will perform the functions and responsibilities of a front line technician in a voice based international call center with VOIP as the primary platform. 2) The person would be responsible for handling technical issues related to Networking (Basic Aspects) Hardware Operating systems and VOIP adapters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Position Title : Technical Support Engineer/Sr. Technical Support Engineer Education : Any Graduate/ (12th + 3yrs)Diploma. Experience :0 - 3 yrs (Freshers can also apply) Skills Set : Knowledge in Networking, hardware and O/S would be an added advantage. Soft skills : Must have Good Communication Skills and Customer Handling Skills
