Description:   

You will work closely with the Manager, in enhancing customers’ satisfaction by ensuring that IBM WebSphere-based Web Infrastructure is setup or upgraded promptly within the committed response timeframe. Your responsibilities include IBM WebSphere, IBM DB2, Web Servers installation, migration, System Configuration and Administration, provide technical support to end-users, and attend to customer queries.

Skillsets:   

Technically you should have a strong mixture of the following: Windows 2003, Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster technology, IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM DB2 Database Server & UNIX.

The ideal incumbent should have 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in systems implementation and support environment.

Prior working experience in Lotus Notes R5 and R6 System Implementation and Administration will be a definite advantage.

Good customer relationship management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to work independently as well as in a team are critical success factors for this position.

This is a 1 yr contract further renewable or convertible to perm based on performance. Locally available candidates regardless of VISA Status are welcome to apply.
