Oracle RMS Development and Support Job Description Company - KPIT Cummins
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 4+ years
To support group countries on RMS suite. Also, acquire OM RMS deployment/development knowledge to implement/develop as per the Group standards.
Desired Profile Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate knowledge on the overall system architecture and its related technologies
2. Understand and adhere to support/development/deployment guidelines
3. Should ensure system and relevant application availability to the business on time
4. Contribute towards producing checklists for day-to-day operations
5. Should be able to work on P2 issues and work collaboratively with the rest of the team during major incidents
6. Document RCA & lessons learnt on the issues resolved & share with rest of the team
Mandatory Skills:
1. 4 years of IT experience and atleast 1 year in support.
2. Has worked on support and deployment projects and understands SLAs and OLA.
3. Has worked on Oracle technologies and having sound knowledge especially Oracle9i ,D2k,Unix shell scripting ,ProC & Java
4. Good communication skills and ability to talk to UK Architects and Group countries
Desired Skills
1 Strong technical knowledge in using Oracle suite , Unix shell scripting , ProC
2 Worked on support projects in the retail domain.
3 Operating Model knowledge is a plus
4 Understands RMS suite
5 Should be willing to work in different shift timings including night shifts.
