We are looking for Senior Recruiters with 3 to 4.5 years experience for our Bangalore office.

Job Description:

•Should have experience in full life cycle of Recruitment

•Manage candidates throughout the hiring process from sourcing to on boarding.

•Use best practice recruiting techniques to identify potential candidates

•Will work with Business heads to attract and connect the right talent

•Adept at data preparation & management

•Should be process oriented & have good multitasking capabilities.

•Should have good industry/market knowledge combined with strategic thinking capability
