Semi-Tech Support with Upselling @ Dell BangaloreJob DescriptionJob Responsibility:
The right candidate that is selected will be supporting Dell International Customers on basic Tech issues and upselling Dell products.
Sales will be the primary responsibility for this role. Job involves working in the night shifts.
Excellent communications skills in English is a must.
Experience :
0 to 2 yrs of experience.
Candidates with Outbound Sales/Inbound Sales/Customer Service in International Call centers would be the right fit for the job.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/PUC*/Diploma*
Freshers interested in making a career with BPOs can also apply
*PUC/Diploma : Must compulsorily have 2 yrs of any experience or 1 yr of International Call Center experience.
