* Knowledge of Compiler front and back end, Optimization
* Knowledge of machine instruction
* Good knowledge of product engineering life cycles
* Provides technical support to junior resources in the team
* Client interaction and products maintenance
Required Skill: worked on Compiler development/ maintenance, C or C++, System Programming
Desirable skill: Linker and Assembler Concepts, Lex & Yacc, Algol
Secondary Skills: Individual contributor, Leadership & team player, communication

* Display sound analytical and design skills
* Analyze issues, debug and modify written code as required
* Review written code for self and others
* Provide technical support to junior resources in the team

* Good communication and leadership skills
* Gather and report metrics
Required Skill: Delphi, Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP), C, MFC programming on windows side
Desirable skill: VC++, C++
