IT Executive-Media Desk Job Description 1.Fresher with basic computer Knowledge
2. Can take backup from Computer / Laptop on USB drive, network
3. Burn CDs/ DVDs
4. Maintain the record for CDs/ DVDs burnt (in excel Sheet)
5. Maintain Checklist of Media burnt.
6. Maintain Media library containing licensed software’s.
7. Issue licensed Medias for Installation. Keep track of the same.
8. Can maintain the inventory of CDs/DVDs. Reorder the same periodically.
9. Good Communication skills (As mostly need to speak to senior users)
Desired Profile Basic computer knowledge and posses good communication skills.
