- Render customer support to Idea customers through voice interactions
- Handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with latest information on various Idea Updates
- Adhere to client defined quality norms

- Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct
- Adhere to Information Security Policies
Skills & Knowledge
Necessary
- Familiarity of Operating Systems (windows 98/95/2000/NT/XP) & internet
- Ability to use the desktop computer system: Booting & shutting down the computer system
- Typing speed: minimum 20 wpm.
- Ability to perform all KCRPs on phone system- logging in, aux code, routing & closing.
- Software: demonstrated proficiency in use of ACD
