Senior Developer/Project Lead Job Description 1. Effectively coordinate with Onsite offshore engagement.
2. Should have excellent hands on experience on EAI (Webservices, Http, SOAP, MQ), Workflow, Config, EIM, PL/SQL etc.,
3. Assist Onsite PM/PL in understanding Requirements which needs to converted into effective Design.
4. Being a Lead to Team Members and ask right questions / provide the correct solution / guidence in design sessions.
5. Should be capable position to understand the Requirements and calculate the capactity needed to run the project.
6. Should have enough Technical Expertise to guide the team and providing right solution to project related activities.
7. Should be well versed in Integrations and Data Migration Tactics.
8. Should in position to pick any R&D activities and solve those challenges and provide update to Onsite team as well as Client on need basis
9. Ensure the final deliverable should have a excellent qualtiy.
10. Good knowledge on CMMi practice.
Desired Profile *Primary Skill set:
1) Siebel CRM configuration / scripting / EAI experience on Siebel 7.8
2) Strong experience in Workflow processes, Assignment Manager and State model.
3) Deep Integration experience between Siebel and other systems thru EAI, EIM, SOAP, Web-services.
4) Strong communication skills and documentation capabilities
5) Extensive knowledge and practice on Quality / CMMi process
*Secondary Skill set:
1) Strong communication skills and documentation capabilities
2) Strong interpersonal skill,
3) Oracle 9i/10G
Siebel Ceritification is Desirable.
