Job Description• Will have access to Printing data across BOA
• Performs ETL – Extract Transform and Load information from online databases into “safe” areas.
• Processes data collected from SmartWorks Office Optimization Suite with goal of making data useful to team members acting as business analysts. Processed data may also used as a feed into presentation tools.
• Ensures that SmarWorks is operating on a daily basis within the client’s environment.
• Provides front-line support to client regarding software performance issues.
• Supports SmartWorks roll-out initiatives within the client’s organization. This includes prototyping and testing interactive messaging for the target group.
• Generate template-based reports. Train appropriate personnel on how to generate the template-based reports.
• Identify and report on trends based on collected data. Consult with appropriate client representative to provide analysis and discuss possibility of pursuing corrective measures.. either through behavior modification or through Business Process Improvement methods.
• Adheres to the RACI model as agreed upon with the customer.
• Determine on a daily basis …is the enterprise-wide SmartWorks software implementation operating properly?
• After data analysis, does collected data indicate any negative situations that are impacting mission critical processes requiring quick / high-priority response?
• After problem assessment, is outside assistance (from SRC help desk, PF technical support, etc. PF management) required for escalation purposes to address the situation?
• After data analysis, does trending of collected data indicate process are less efficient / productive than previously observed and documented? Does the data trending warrant further investigation into opportunities for Business Process Improvement (BPI)?
