Job Description   

Requirement 1: Windows/ Exchange Administrator

3-9 years of experience post-qualification

Experience in providing Tier 2 and above support the following area:

Managing Windows 2000/2003 / MS Exchange Server 2000/2003/2007 Servers administration

Expertise in Activer Directory.

 Should have good knowledge of Backup & Restore of AD, Users & Group management, Group Policy Management, disastor recovery and root cause analysis (RCA)

Exposure on virtualization products.

Should have worked in Client based SLA driven environment.

Requirement 2: Citrix Administrator:

3-9 years of experience post-qualification

Experience in providing Tier 2 and above support the following area:

Managing Citrix administration

Should have knowledge of Citrix architecture and integrations with Window

Extensive knowledge in various Citrix component: CAG presentation server, AAC, Web Interface etc.

Basic knowledge of Windows administration

Exposure on virtualization products.

Eligibility:

- Minimum15yrs of regular/full time education (or) ClassX completed + 3 years of full time polytechnic diploma . Those who have completed graduation through correspondence courses will not be eligible.

-The candidates should have atleast second division and above marks from Class X onwards till their latest degree.

-Gaps in Career should not be more than 3 years.

-Candidates who have appeared in the TCS recruitment process in the last 6 months are not eligible.
 
Desired Profile    

Core Windows, exchange or Citrix administrator. Should be an expert in handling tier 2 or tier 3 esclation.

We  have requirement for Windows Architect/ SME role as well.
