Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level e.g. - Trade Amendments or Trade Corrections, Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and cash balances, Fail Monitoring an management, confirmations, settlements, Matching / Pre-matching etc.
Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Basic understanding and knowledge of the Capital / Money markets.
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work and communicate with team members
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools
Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Graduate preferably in Commerce or Accounts or Fresh Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants.
Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience with BPO / Investment Bank operations (Captive/third party) would be preferable.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills
Good attention to detail
Aptitude for understanding technology
Should be willing to work in a BPO setup
