Experience - 0 to 3 yrs (only in direct sales)
Should have hardcore exp of Industrial Sales (Components / Automation / T&M only)
Good knowledge about the territory (in & around)
Good grip over customers, specifically End Users (R&D / Maintenance / EMS / Defence Labs / Contract Manufacturing / Any Industry)
Should be comfortable with intensive field profile (9:1) – 4 to 5 calls a day.
The candidate should be comfortable with Target based profile (Daily / Weekly / Monthly etc…)
Good communication skills with a handhold command on local language.
Should possess Analytical skills with Pro- Active approach.
Qualification – B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation) or any stream for sales professional with rich experience.
Team handling exposure for AM level will be preferred.
Should not be working in a dealer network.
Should not have a background of a switch gear industry.
Should not be into bulk selling, coz our business is into small volume sales.
Candidate from a distributor with pleasing personality will be given first preference.
