Job Description

 Screening of CV’s from database, job portals, employee referrals etc.

 Sourcing of candidates, do initial screenings and final interview

 Interview job applicants, review resources, evaluate applicant’s skill, make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualification.

 Contacting short listed candidates to appear for the test/ interview through formal mail/ telephonic calls.

 Briefing of candidates prior to the test and conducting test.

 Meeting Recruitment Targets in terms of number, cost and quality.

 Maintain and reporting accurate information on recruitment and maintaining MIS.

 Negotiating salary with selected candidates

Desired Candidate Profile

*. Fresher and experience in IT recruitment required

*. Good Communication and interpersonal skills

*. Should be willing to work in time frames and monthly set targets

*. Candidate interested should be ready to join ASAP
