Trouble shooting and Management of Desktops, Laptops and peripherals.
Configuration and Maintenance of JUNIPER Routers.
Good in managing and troubleshooting the windows and JUNIPER products
Anti-Virus updating and maintaining reports.
Windows Patch Management, IPS and IDS knowledge
Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Installation of OS, Softwares and Hardware.
Configuration and maintenance of MS Outlook 2003, Antivirus software's and Checking Microsoft Updates.
Responsible for the design, implementation, operation, maintenance, backup, system security and system integrity of Microsoft Operating systems including MS Exchange 2000, including Active Directory.
Adding user in Domain, Creating Distribution lists, Groups, Policies and Security in Windows 2003 server.
Responsible for the management and filtering of Spam mails.
Creating Mail Account, Mail box and taking Backup of Mail boxes for users in MS Exchange Server 2003.
Provide on-site/remote support for Network devices such as LAN Switches, WAN Routers and inter-networking devices.
Have in-depth understanding of functioning of different Networking technologies and topologies.
Able to pin-point the problem area inside a large LAN/WAN and. Able to troubleshoot the problem and prepare RCA reports.
Skillsets: Certifications: Juniper certification with [MCSE/ MCSP, CCNA/ CCNP](optional)
