Support Analyst Professionals JobsCafe.com Job Description ADP Reporting is an enterprise level project for building an Operational Data Store for Data Integration and Cross Reporting on ADP applications. We require a highly motivated and experienced Support Analyst who will provide product support to the field. Responsible for communication with the field, initial troubleshooting, logging problem tickets, tracking problem tickets and communication with development. Must be able to run various utilities and partner with other teams to perform root cause analysis.
Desired Profile v 2-5 years experience as a Support Analyst for a large scale web application.
v Working knowledge of Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL is required.
v Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as superior communication skills (verbal and written).
v Should have strong customer service orientation.
v Must be available for working on US business hours.
v The candidates are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
v Position is based in Hyderabad
Qualification: BE /B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech / MS
