b) Experience in Installation and Configuration of different modules (Service Desk, Server Management, Network Management, Desktop Management, Storage Management, Security Management)
c) Skills on Integration between Multiple tools, remote agent deploymentsd) Migration of Data from third party systems
e) Expertise of mapping of ITIL processes to the tools
f) Knowledge of third party reporting system
g) Excellent interpersonal & team building skillsa) Create project charter and implementation plan
b) Identify technology and process improvement
c) Mapping of ITIL processes to the tools
d) Documents and maintains functional/technical specification & detailed Implementation Procedures (Build Guides) of the project
e) Verification of hardware and software required for implementation
f) Ensure all implementations follow agreed client Security Standards and Policies, escalate and manage deviations through to completion.
g) Setting up of performance baselines, notifications
h) Maintenance of Risks and Issues logs
i) Verification that the tools are configured as per design
j) Migration of data from third party systems
k) Creation of a knowledge base
j) Configuration of customized reports
k) Communicates and coordinates all changes consistent with change management processes
