Job DescriptionTo handle retail broking (Demat and trading A/c) cross sell channel for various locations in the area.
Business generation in assigned territory through partner banks.
Manage relationships with bank and Maximize own share of business in channels.
Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs.
Motivation of sales channels for growth in business generation. Maintain positive business generation and ensuring portfolio profitability in the territories assigned.
Desired Candidate ProfileGraduates with atleast 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing Field. This position is for people who have a sense of excitement and flair of sales, who are self propelling, analytical and who thrive in an environment of challenge and competition. They should be high on channel management skills, negotiation skills, initiative, drive and achievement orientation.
