Senior Analyst / Assitant Manager - FP&A JobsCafe.com Job Description Work with other functions (Sales, Operations, Admin, and HR etc.) to develop the annual plan.
Monitor performance against plan, variance analysis.
Develop monthly / quarterly forecasts.
Develop system / tool / database to capture / maintain / track budgets.
Desired Profile Prior Experience in the Budgeting & Planning function with an Organization in the IT / ITES / BPO Industry preferred.
High level of comprehension, fluency in communication (in English) both written & verbal.
Meticulous & thorough in the turn around of work.
High level of Computer proficiency. Proficient in MS Office packages.
Experience 2 - 5 Years
