Department: Corporate Communications
Reporting to: Team Leader
Details:
* Taking Inbound Calls
* Sending correspondence to various internal and external contact points
* First point resolution for the customers and coordinating with different departments to provide excellent customer service.
* Ensuring all customer complaints are resolved.
* Ensuring customer delight at each contact.
* Making Outbound Calls – to create leads, follow up on a sales query, inviting them for various Bose run programs, generating sales leads
* Sending mailers, e-mail blast, follow up calls on existing customers
* Selling Bose home audio products over the phone
* Making courtesy calls to existing customers.
Desired Profile Experience : 1 - 2 years
Education Profile: Graduation
Special Course:
Computer Literate
Travel Required: Not Required
