Sales Manager - Retail Assets TelesalesJobsCafe.com Job Description * Manage a dedicated PL telesales team to generate business from database or Inbound Leads
* 2.Supervise, train & develop various outbound & retention activities with constant focus on monthly targets amongstout sourced Staff.
* 3.Liase with underwriters in decisioning of files.
* 4.Maintenance of MIS relating to performance of each individual of the team and timely upward and downward feedback.
* 5.Interface with key strategic initiatives in Sales Management including controls, systems, incentive models, recruitment/anti-attrition and others.
* 6. Drive Monthly Sales Targets
* 7. Achieve required cross sell targets
* 8. Achieve productivity per head count
* 9. Achieve COA Targets
* 10.Coaching & Training of the Team
* 11.Graduate preferrably with MBA.
* 12.Prior experience in sales & dstribution of Retail assets(loans).
* 13.Go getter with strong communication , persuasive and interpersonal skills.
* 14.Should have a strong target Orientation
* 15.Should possess strong people/team Management skills.
Desired Profile * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Master of Commerce , Master of Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Others or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.CANDIDATES HAVING RETAIL ASSET SALES EXPERIENCE WOULD BE PREFFERED.
