Job Description1. To meet internal and external customer expectations on performance. Meeting target conversion rate of all induction training programs.2. Ensuring that the quality of agents delivered to the production unit meet the minimum skill requirement within the set timelines.3. Ensuring that all existing and new agents meet their internal & external quality objectives.4. Determine and implement the action plan for the development of the trainees, and track effectiveness.5. To determine plan of actions and set targets for continuous improvement of production staff and deliverables.6. Effectively carrying out any additional responsibilities assigned at any point of time.
Desired Candidate Profile1.Good Communication and presentation skills.2. MS Office knowledge.
2.Diploma / Degree
3. Relevant experience of 1-3 years in a domestic BPO
