Desired Profile 1-4 years of experience working in a BPO either in Sales Support, Presales or Delivery role.
Excellent client or customer interfacing skills.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current business issues and climate within BPO industry domain.
Excellent analytical skills to capture customer’s requirements and relate to organization’s solutions.
High level of energy with sense of ownership.
MBA preferred with marketing specialization
Excellent academic background with a flair for sales
