Job Description• Responsible for executive search assignments for senior mandates of our clients
• End to end HR operations which broadly includes recruitment, induction & orientation, policy formulation, HRIS, payroll, PMS, etc.
• Actively organizing and participating in various HR initiatives.
• Developing & maintaining executive databases
• Salary benchmarking
Desired Candidate Profile• 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of executive search/HR operations (HR policies & Procedures). Exposure to middle and senior level recruitment.
• Hands on with Head hunting and other means of profile sourcing.
• Experience in telephonic interviews for attracting & screening senior level executives.
